A fun surprise came courtesy of Weems’ middle child, Kerri, who filled them in on why Desoto Caverns is now called Majestic Caverns. From there, it was college baseball talk, as they went over regional matchups featuring SEC teams. Then… it began! The first round of the summer’s hit radio gameshow, Bell of Truth, went all the way to triple overtime! The show wrapped up with some fast-paced sports talk: the Stanley Cup Final is officially set, the NBA Finals are still waiting on their last contender, the College Football Hall of Fame is lowering the bar for coach eligibility, and there’s buzz around a possible NCAA March Madness expansion.
